42 Estates is an award-winning realtor famously known for their affordable luxury projects sprawling across Bangalore, Karnataka. They are an organization which has grown owing to its emphasis on customer experience and hospitality.

Problem Statement

The second wave of the pandemic hit the Real Estate sector badly. Since it had a greater effect on the investing decision of people, the realtor’s marketing team was worried about not getting much traction in sales for the past couple of weeks. To generate good quality leads was the need of the hour.

Solution

We developed a campaign strategy to create awareness about the brand among the prospects followed by a lead generation campaign.

The brand awareness campaign was adapted from the tagline ‘You Got It Right’ focusing on 5-6 major features of 42 Estates.This was launched across Google Display Networks and Facebook’s Ad Network. The CTA from this website was directed to 42 Estate’s landing page that was created specifically for the campaign.

Lead Generation campaign was targeted at people who have taken some qualifying actions with the brand awareness ads. We re-targeted people who watched more than 50% of the brand videos and those who visited the landing page after watching the ad.
