UI\UX Designer and Developer

We are looking for a creative UX/UI designer with 2+ years to join our growing team. This role will work closely with the sales and development team to develop the UI/UX of the app/web projects.
Your passion for design will become your greatest asset as you build the product from the scratch. You will have the opportunity to innovate and build a product that is a market leader and the best in its class!

What You'll Need

• Extremely strong visual design fundamentals like colour, typography, composition, etc
• Experience with mobile and web design
• Experience handling International clients
• Experience as UIDesigner /Sr UI Designer - ExcellentUser Experience with delightful UI design skills are important.
• Expert level skills in Adobe XD, Figma, and other associated design tools
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products including Photoshop, Illustrator, XD.
• Experience with UI Testing.
• Effectively articulate conceptual ideas, detailed design, design rationale, and research findings, both verbally and visually.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups.
• Strong ability to communicate your design vision and defend your design decisions
• Be a great team player, in an agile environment with the ability to work closely with developers, product owners, technical writers, and other UI designers.

You'll Do

• Leading end-to-end clients projects
• Managing a few junior designers
• Define/ Create visual components of the UI design system
• Collaborating with the team to develop beautiful design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and other UX/UI design deliverables
• Maintaining and updating prototypes and wireframes during development and getting early feedback on them from users.
• Ensuring consistent design approaches and styling are kept
